I have a relative within CERT's sister concern - HCT. I was called in for an interview, where they asked me questions based on my CV, and I got the job. It was that simple.

CERT's hiring team looks for people they can hold issues against, if at all such a matter comes into questioning in the future. They are not looking for critical thinkers, as they are not keen on the growth of the company but on the growth of the senior management's wallets including themselves.
