The interview process was easy, they were flexible about date and time since I was coming from out of town. They were friendly in the interview and very excited about getting the right person for the job and the work that would be done.

Interview

Phone interview then in person interview with CEO and Construction Manager. Once I spoke with the CEO for about an hour on the phone, we scheduled an in person interview. That's when I met with the CEO and Construction Manager who I would be working directly for.
