Had three rounds of interviews, after the last one I was told HR will follow up within one week. It’s been almost a month, followed up twice with hr myself and no response. Extremely unprofessional to take 3+ hours of candidates time to interview and then just disappear.

30-45 minute video calls over Lark with HM and technical teams. No pre-screening prior. Scheduling these were painless.
Interviewers went directly into problem solving and alignment. Unfortunately, I did not hear back from the recruiter for a prolonged period.

1st cv check (30min), then group interview (about 1h) interviewed by 3 recruiters, and sales team lead interview (about 45min).
Overall, not difficult, just talked about my past experience & career motivation.
Went 4 round of the interviews and waiting for the offer, it was a very engaging interviews throughout those 4 rounds , it just taking so long to receive the feedback
