Pretty relaxed and easygoing. First round was a one-sided recorded interview and then they reached out for a zoom interview after. Very interesting questions that made it fun to answer.

Interview
The hiring process begins by submitting an online application, which requires applicants to submit links to posts they have created for BuzzFeed Community. If they like what you're doing, they'll ask you to submit a few more. Then, you'll be asked to come in for an interview at the company HQ. The interview, usually with only one or two employees, is very casual. Mine turned into a great conversation. ** Come with questions to ask your interviewer.
