It was smooth and straightforward. I had a phone interview and an in person interview. Both of them went well. The phone interview was about 30 mins long, the in person interview was about 45mins long. Most of the questions were scenario based questions and also questions to get to know me more. I was comfortable throughout the process.
I recently went through the interview process at Burger King, and it was fairly simple and comfortable. I was asked about my availability, how I would handle busy rushes, how I work with a team, and how I would provide good customer service to guests.
