Very simple but standard.. totally based on skills of sales and market knowledge. written test and followed by technical and HR interview.. competition was high there were 7 to 8 people for the interview all were experienced but the company selection was based on right background and experience rather than years of total experience.. overall the interview was cool and smooth than expected

Simple interview process. Will ask for HVAC related questions. And will ask about Psychometric chart. Also they will ask for dehumidification system, please note they are basically focus on Psychometric and also they are giving preference who have electrical and electronics engineering.
