I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at British Airways (Gatwick, England) in Dec 2023
Interview
British Airways Holidays* - they didn't do a screening call which could have saved a lot of people's time. After the online application myself and around 10 others were asked to book a day off of work and travel up to an assessment day which started at 09:30 at Gatwick Airport. The staff are all friendly and have worked there a long time, which is a good sign that the culture is decent. The main issue I took away was that there were clear skills and experience which you needed for the job which could have been better explained with a screening call before the interview.
