Interview
I arrived about 30 mins early ( I would always recommend this ) and they check that you have bought the documents requested, after this you are asked to sit down and taken in to check your weight, arm length and if you sit comfortably in the jump seat. You then go thought to a role play and group assessment, please be aware there is a lot of waiting around. You are the split into 2 one group is sent home at this point the other is advsied they have got though to the interview stage of the day.
I was very nervous at the beginning of the day and they did notice this, however they want you to relax let you personality come through , yes you should be prepared bu t do not overthink it. They could see I was very nervous and helped me relax this is not what they want, just be yourself.

Easy and friendly people. Did an online interior. Breakout rooms for one on one sections. Asked to read a sheet then asked questions about my experience. How I have handled previous situations. Used star formula went very well.

A long day, but assessors helped us feel at ease throught the process. The two interviewers had different styles which helped the interview flow. The wait for an offer was the most nerve-racking part.

Firstly we did get right to work checked and arm reach check. Then we were separated into few groups and did group interview. Then the selected candidates were called for role play, reading PA script and one to two interview.
