They were over thirty minutes late for the interview. There is no foyer or waiting area so you have to awkwardly stand within a cramped area by the barriers.
There are zero performance incentives which I found rather surprising and the office is one floor of a quite grim looking council building.
Interviewers were very nice. They asked the standard competency based questions which you would expect but they also ask a lot of riddles designed to trip you up. You are either going to know these or you are not. I had expected visual pattern or situational logic puzzles that I had been asked at past interviews so this was unexpected.
Ultimately, I had expected a very different package and interview from Bristol Energy so it was both a surprising and disappointing experience.
