the recruiter was extremely quick in scheduling next steps, and step me up for each round to the t. responsive if i had any questions and encouraging, helpful, + thorough. could not be happier with how it went. everyone was very consistent and kind throughout. around 6 total interviews.

Interview
Screening with a recruiter, had 1:1 with BDR manager, seemed uninterested, promoted hybrid but doesn't go to the office himself. when asked what you are looking for In a BDR, he replied a self-starter that i don't have to motivate......seems like he just wants someone who he doesn't have to coach or teach, which is the job of a manager. The job description said entry level but seemed like they are looking for someone with years of experience.
