What i liked about the company and how i dealt with problems
Two rounds of interviews - first round with Manager + Senior Engineer. Second round with Senior Manager + Principal Engineer. Most of the questions were about my past experience. Were asked about approach to risk for NPI.

When creating a risk file for NPI projects, how would you estimate occurrence rates?
Smooth and straightforward. The interview team is very amenable to various lines of questioning. Technical and design challenges were also communicated well. Overall I felt my concerns as a candidate were well addressed.
