Interview
The interview process was really welcoming. From the moment I stepped into their offices I already felt like part of the team. They were definitely curious of my technical ability but at the same time it was obvious that they wanted to make sure you were contributing positively to the culture. And after working there for a long time I can honestly say that some of the best people I have worked with in my career work at Boston Digital.
