Interview
I faced total 4 rounds of interview. It was scheduled in bangalore for gurgaon job location.
1st round was technical,questions were asked from the domain . Basic questions were asked.
2,3& 4... this rounds were completely managerial rounds... they asked some puzzels, some presentations based on some scenario and as well some situation reaction test were there.
People were very friendly , loved the process.
4 fases:
- Primera entrevista con RRHH: revisión de CV y preguntas soft skills
- Segunda entrevista con Senior Analyst: Business case + preguntas relacionadas con el sector (Energy)
- Prueba: resolver dos preguntas por correo en tres horas (utilizando excel y ppt)
- Tercera entrevista con la manager del equipo: preguntas sobre el sector + conocerme

Primera ronda con RRHH, tono bastante amigable de la entrevistadora lo cual propició a un ambiente distendido y a estar tranquilo. Preguntas simples y esperadas. Céntrate en dar una buena respuesta, sólida y mostrar muchas ganas
