The interview process is in three stages, the first with a set of area Manager and the regional head, the second one is with the HR manager, sales team lead and the last one is with the CEO before training and induction.

Roles and responsibilities of a business Manager both on the field and in the office.
The interviewers are middle level managers who are more operational. The environment is accommodating and relaxing. Expectations are clearly spelt out and trainings for job roles takes about 2 weeks to one month.

Interview
The interview process was engaging for both the interviewer and interviewee, the interview commenced at exactly 9:00 am with short test. I was contacted after two days for second stage interview and documentation.
