Hiring Process is very streamlined and on-time. And given that your performance is good in interviews, they will make sure the process is very fast and join the company as soon as possible.
The interviewer was late and asked questions that didn't have anything to do with the job description that was posted. He ended the interview without providing next steps. This bait and switch was a blessing in disguise as someone I know who works there said this manager's whole department was eliminated a month after my interview.
