Long and extensive, fun and friendly. Seems like a great place to work. Multiple interviews with the district manager and also the regional manager. District was in person and the regional was on the phone and a tad awkward.
It was a 3 step interview, you started with a recruiter, then the district manager, and then on to the regional. All the interviews I had were over the phone.

Interviewed with corporate recruiter via phone and with DM in person. Focus was on my history in retail and my ability to increase profits in a new store location. DM interview was less professional and more about his needs for rhe location.
