Initial call with the recruiter
1. Screening Round with Test Manager
2. Take Home Test (30 mins long)

Technical questions are mostly based on your experience and the Take home test you did.

Interview
After applying for the role via the career page I was contacted soon after to have a quick chat with the recruiter about the role.
This lead to a 30 minute phone call with the test lead to talk through experience, knowledge and reasons for choosing Booking as a career move.
Final phase was a one hour practical and 2 hour competency based interview at the Booking offices.
Overall I though the interview process was very good. There was some repetition across the phone interview and on site, but this is to be expected when hiring for roles like this.
