Interview
Was invited to interview on campus after speaking to some recruiters at an event. Straightforward, mostly behavioral interview that asked about past experience. Waited several weeks for team matching process.
Typical "when did you fail" "when did you struggle", I just hate how it is basically a question on a screen and you answer it instead of talking to an actual person. Never heard back from them.
The Opt-in Questionnaire was fast-paced, but you got 3 tries to redo the answers to your questions. It was online, at your own time, and there was no other person there.
