Interview
The interview went pretty well, but they did not follow up as they said they would. I sent a follow up email thanking them for the interview, etc. etc. However, I never received a response.
They were very vague and not very warm. I decided not to accept the position. I did not feel like they cared about their employees, but I very well could have been wrong.
Very easy, background information about experience. Most questions are more about how many clients you have had and variety in ages and abilities . There were no situation questions that were asked during the interview process

What is your current experience with center setting
I met with the hiring manager for the entire company. She provided information about the company including compensation and then an interview was set up with the location manager who discussed day to day role and responsibilities.
