I trained for five days. They showed me the setup to begin the shift, and how to carry the trays correctly. The staff was helping each other and it helped. The interview process is actually a one week pay check, you train and if you pass on your last day you stay, or you get the check and you didn't make it. You get paided $5.50/hr + tip sharing for your training days.
