Great Interview with the Customer Service Manager at the time, Natassha. She was friendly and informative. The interview was really good up until, she introduced me to the owner and we had our mini group interview amongst us. The dog Sasha was in there peeing, not professional, but as she says its her office. From the introduction I could tell the owner was intimidating with her strong force and present, but i figured that must be how some owner feel they have to be in order to run their company. It was not until i started that I witnessed the berating she did to her employess.

What qualities and skills would you bring to this company?
Whole experience was a waste of time and unprofessional. Interview was in their NYC office, took a bunch of tests and spent almost 3 hours during the 1st interview. 2nd interview was horrible as I went in the day it snowed so much and I commuted with limited transit from NJ just for this. The ceo (who conveniently was not there) forgot to tell manager I was coming In so she was pretty upset to see me which made it very uncomfortable! Unless you get an offer on the spot the first day don’t bother going again as ceo Elena can’t seem to keep track of schedules, meetings, etc.

Extremely unprofessional.She didn’t ask me anything, I felt it was very unprofessional on her part. I applied online. And received two emails from the CEO because she thought I was two different applicants? It just didn’t seem worth my time, I’m glad she didn’t have me drive out to NYC.
