Interview
Birdeye Denver recruiter contacted me in response to resume sent via Glassdoor. Asked to complete and sales and IQ test that I believe took 30 to 45 minutes. Was granted the interview. Not more than 10 minutes into the interview one of the interviewers indicated that "people from YOUR COMPANY don't do well in our space." Huh? Why in the world did you agree to see me?! Thirty minutes later, interviewer #2, who was present when interviewer #1 asked her questions, again stated that people from the property management industry and/or people who handle medium to large sized deals "do not do well in this space." AGAIN, I ask why in the world did they waste my time and why didn't the recruiter from Denver know this. Very disrepectful process. I'm looking for a new job, not to practice my interviewing skills!
Unprofessional - I had time scheduled (who reached out to me first) with a recruiter who just did not call me at the scheduled time. I sent a message understanding that something may have come up and a time to reschedule. Didn't even bother to respond to that either. People prep for these meeting and take time to do research so it feels like there is just no regard to people's time and energy.
Screening call with recruiter, then call with hiring manager. Laid back people and an emphasis on culture. The last step was to do a panel interview with leadership, but it wasn’t a good fit for me at the time

Interview
I applied online for the Upmarket Account Executive role and received an invitation to a first screening interview. First, the recruiter missed the interview and I had to contact him to see if he was still willing to have this conversation. So, we planned another first call.
He mentioned he was going to give me some feedback a few days later but I never heard back.
Thus, I emailed this person directly to know if there was any feedback but my email was completely ignored. What a lack of professionalism, take people's time they will never get back only to ghost them!!
