I first met with the CEO in person for a chat to check compatibility which was pleasant. I then met the CTO and MD on a teams call for a more technical discussion, followed by a final in-person interview. The overall experience was very good and James, Jon and Des explained their needs clearly and were happy to answer any questions. Overall a positive experience. I did however choose to stay at my current firm due to other factors beyond Birchstone’s control.
