I met with the interviewer and they were extremely disengaged with my interview. It almost seemed like maybe they already had someone for the role and they were just following up with any interviews they had scheduled?
All they asked was tell me about yourself and what was a project I worked on that went well and not so well. I answered the questions flawlessly. Then the entire rest of the interview was just me asking them questions while they were clearly working, reading messages, and not engaged in our conversations. I asked about the companies culture after reading the glassdoor reviews and he just echoed all the red flags that "this is not a normal 9-5 job and people work very hard and long hours".

Question 1
What is a project you worked on that went well and one that went poorly
I applied through university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Big Village (London, England) in Aug 2021
Interview
It was like having a friendly chat, easy going, not difficult questions and the interviewer expanded on the role and gave me the chance to tell them about myself and my experience so far.
Interview felt comfortable, chat mixed with my experience and interests- the conversation was very genuine and i didnt feel intimidated or scared. I ended up becoming friends with the person who interviewed me!
