I met with the interviewer and they were extremely disengaged with my interview. It almost seemed like maybe they already had someone for the role and they were just following up with any interviews they had scheduled? All they asked was tell me about yourself and what was a project I worked on that went well and not so well. I answered the questions flawlessly. Then the entire rest of the interview was just me asking them questions while they were clearly working, reading messages, and not engaged in our conversations. I asked about the companies culture after reading the glassdoor reviews and he just echoed all the red flags that "this is not a normal 9-5 job and people work very hard and long hours".
