I had several interviews and I had an amazing experience with all of them. Aside from the great energy of the interviewers, they made sure you are guided throughout the process and that you know what the next steps are. Even at an early stage of the process, you'd feel what kind of company BetterUp is and how wonderful the people are. The culture is fantastic!

I had an interview with the job manager and she sent me a test to take. Then it took them 2 months to tell me that they would follow with another candidate.

Weak points. Reason why you want this vacancy is to work in the company.
The process was lengthy but everyone I interviewed with was positive and engaged in each conversation. I have been in other interviews where the interviewer was disinterested from the beginning. This was definitely not the case here with BetterUp.
