the interview process was pretty good they ask you about yourself, what you would you want from this company, what would you bring to this company. They pretty much asked me the basic interview questions, as long as you do a little research on the company you will be fine and also know what department you want to work in as well

Basic interview and process after filling out the application. Show customer experience strengths. Phone screen is first. Meet the department lead and then the general manager. They will ask the typical interview questions around customer service and your knowledge of the department you are applying for. Customer service and adding accessories to purchases is a big deal.

The interview process was not that hard. I interviewed with the sales manager and another person in training. He asked basic questions like: Tell me about yourself, Tell me about a time when you had a difficult customer, why do you want to work here. The interview lasted about 10 minutes.
