The interview process consisted of 3 stages: An initial call with a recruitment specialist, a call with the hiring manager, then a 2.5 hour session broken into separate meetings with other stakeholders including some of the team I would be joining. Everything was organised around my availability, which made it a lot less stressful. The recruitment specialist was quick to respond to my queries and kept the process moving quickly.
