I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Benefitfocus (Daniel Island, SC) in Oct 2011
Interview
Applied for phone interview and it consisted of laid back questions. Was asked to come in for one on one interview in which the employer asked more personal questions about my financial knowledge and ability to work in a team. The final interview was with the department manager and VP of the department. Both were friendly. Accepted offer but then declined after salary was too low and the office was very unprofessional.

Interview
Basically general questions about my resume. Based on my preparation, I knew that the interview would be laid back. No real surprises to be found, which was nice. I was impressed with the people I met there as well as their professionalism and general friendliness. The process was straightforward and clearly communicated.
