Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bell Canada (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2010

Interview

Went through three interviews, first one was with HR asking the usual "tell me about a time when" questions. Second interview is with the Regional Manager (your potential boss) and the third was with the Director of the company. The second interview is more skills related, knowing telecom, experience and your history of Managerial ability. If you get to the third, the job is yours as it is a "meet and greet" interview.

Interview Questions
  • Nothing difficult or unexpected unless you don't have a technical/managerial background. No sense applying if you don't as they will see right through you!
