Set up by HR person. Arrived, had to fill out a short tax form. Interviewed with ALS director and HR. Took about 45 minutes, divided in half. Half the time explaining the job, the company, job model, etc Half the time asking about me. It was nice that it wasn't all focused on me.

If you have a pulse you have a job.
Lie about how much you make if you're coming from somewhere else so they'll pay you more. Seems unethical but they won't give you bonuses and blame you for not giving you bonuses.
