Was messaged by recruiter on linkedin who shared with me the job posting and requested me to share my cv to discuss it later. Had a call with the recruiter, he was very nice and gave me pointers to enhance my resume and reshare with him. I was later contacted by HR on email to schedule an appointment with the hiring manager, we went over my resume and any competency based questions were asked. Followed that with interview with their boss and we went over my resume, discussed my competencies in relation to the job description. No response after that. I had a feeling I didnt make it through, so i sent an email to the recruiter to get an update. He replied back the next day saying they decided to go with another candidate. I asked for feedback and well he didnt bother trying to get any but did reply that they changed the requirements, said i was in their "good books". :s
