I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bayzat
Interview
It's a generic software engineering interview process. -
Starts with an automated technical exam (generic HTML and JS questions)
Then a one-way video interview (they ask you to respond to some questions in video format).
After that, they would send you an "assignment" to solve.
If the assignment goes well, you would get a one-to-one technical interview with a Bayzat employee
At the last stage, you would get a "values check" interview with a person who seemed to be a CTO of some sort. The final step was quite uncomfortable and felt like an interrogation if anything

Interview
It was an online interview that consisted of 3 questions. 2 of them were DSA and the third was a FE question. The interviewers were very nice and friendly. In the FE question they asked me to make an input box that would search an element in the list and display it.
