The process was pretty straight forward. Applied online - 3rd party recruiter(contracted i think) contacted to set up phone interviews. She never contacted me by phone -everything was done by email. It was 5 phone interviews in a span of 6 weeks(one/week) - each of them 30 mins long. 1st person was a VP - general questions about my experience and how I might fit in. Then 2nd person was a lady also a manager of some kind - similar questions. 3rd one also a lady - similar questions. 4th person was little technical guy but more of a vp/manager. All these went by fine. At every level I was thinking they will invite me for in-person interview next because they were taking so long to give me a feedback. Final one, she was rude and that her requirements are rigid and cannot be met by SFDC and Salesforce cannot provide what she wanted in a project. I was kind enough and said I need to see the requirements to provide a solution. She didn't give a chance to explain. Found out that she has never stayed with one company for over 1 year which is mysterious. Anyways, If only the 5th interviewer was the 1st interviewer, then it wouldn't have been complete waste of my time.
