Highly poor 1st Round -- Hacker rank Test 2nd Round -- f2f interview Any one working in product organisation person, please don't spoil your time, it's a service company in the face of BANK Highly poor(yes you read it correctly) people works there, interviewer asked me 1st question on DP of maximum palindromic substring, when I started to discuss he said write the code not even took part in discussion. Interviewer name is Sateesh Kambhampati(useless jack) When I wrote the code Highly Super intelligent person said it's in O(N^2) complexity you need to optimize this....I said it's the best approach using DP 2nd question was asking SQL Query(yes you read it correct), hiring a lead s/w engineer and asking him to write a SQL query and that too on a highly vague problem(he don't know micro-services but spoke anything) and in-case you write the query he will start finding errors, who remembers queries. 3rd Question -- he wanted to ask on JavaScript -- seriously ?? Asking frontend question to a backend developer.....were you really in the mood to hire someone or just trying to increase your count that I rejected a candidate from highly big product company of this country. To all who are reading this....don't spend time with these jackasses.....they are USELESS fellows who think themselves as highly over-smart.
