Nice people. Lots of technical questions with some fit as well. Requires to be on point with the IB questions and understand what's the meaning behind. Apart from that nothing to say

Why IB? What's are the link between the 3 statements
During the BNP interview, the conversation started with a brief introduction where I summarised my academic background and my general interest in investment banking. The technical questions focused on corporate finance fundamentals, such as valuation methods (DCF, trading and transaction multiples) and key accounting concepts under IFRS. Personal fit questions explored my motivation for joining BNP, my long-term career goals, and how I developed my interest in finance. The behavioural section included questions about teamwork, handling high-pressure situations, and examples of quickly adapting to changing circumstances.
Applied on their career website and got a reply from HR. I was then invited to come to their office to take my job interview. Super fluid and quick interview process with analysts and partners. Enjoyed it
