Was given a student’s exam paper to review before the interview. Analyze the student’s strengths and weaknesses based on their answers. Also explain step-by-step solutions for the questions they got wrong, as if teaching the student. The interviewer focused on clarity, reasoning, and communication, with a few follow-up questions on how to support the student’s improvement.

Question 1
Based on the student’s exam paper, what do you think are their main strengths and weaknesses, and how would you explain the correct solution to one of the problems they got wrong?
quick, and easy, they asked about previous experience as a tutor, and also why i am motivated to study this subject. Furthermore they might give you one or two maths questions to ask you on what you will be able to work on.
The interviewer was kind of rude. Didn't get my name right. Forgot about the time that's been scheduled until I messaged her. Showed very less interest and respect in me. I guess if they were not interested in people, dont interview then.
