I had a short interview process which doesn't drag on with multiple stages like some companies. Many of the interviews are remote which really helps when arranging around my current workload.

basic motivation questions focused on past success and failures. The interview appeared to just pick some questions from a basic google search. Nothing that you can't find for yourself. I think i gave standard answers that they appeared to be happy with him. Never did the next stage, i found another job.
