I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BAYADA Home Health Care (New York, NY) in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter to set up a phone interview. Interview was very easy to schedule. Recruiter did call a few minutes late and seemed a little rushed. Overall, phone interview was fine. A day later I was contacted by the recruiter to set up an in person interview with Director, which went very well. I was asked basic interview questions, why do you want to work for BAYADA. Everyone in the office was very friendly and welcoming, I was even given a tour of the office. A week later, the recruiter reached out to schedule a job shadow in the office, which also went very well. Every interaction I had was very positive. After the job shadow and speaking with the Director, he assured that I was his “favorite” candidate. A few days later, recruiter called saying that they would be pursuing the other candidates. Also I was asked to give 5 references, a survey is sent to those references about you. There’s also an assessment and personality test that they have you take as well.

Interview
Two interviews. Very easy and everyone I interviewed with was kind, positive, and answered all of my questions.
Unfortunately, the base pay offer came in below the advertised rate and was EXTREMELY low, especially in a VHCOL area. I could not accept this offer.

Interview
Sent my application via LinkedIn. Was contacted via text message for my first phone interview. First was with the Talent support which was a brief phone call about my experiences. Second round was a longer phone interview describing the role. Third round, I went directly to the BAYADA office to have a panel interview with their Director and Client Services Manager

Interview
Met with hiring personnel, Interviewed was given an expectation on the hiring time frame. After 2 months of waiting only to be told the position is no longer available. Supposedly other company needs needed tending to.
