Interview
Lots of situational questions. The individuals that I interviewed with asked many situational questions with many layers. Other questions revolved around my resume and technical knowledge as BASF is a chemicals company.
It was virtual and was conducted by HR member and Senior Official. They were friendly and welcoming. They ran me through the responsibilities before starting the interview.The interview also included a 20 min presentation apart from competency based questions

Interview Process (prescreen) consisted of a email sent from BASF directing interviewee to conduct a recorded session online. There wasn't a phone or face to face conversation. -Very awkward, removes human dialogue from process. Definitely thumbs-down
