Very simple. Applied online, got a call the next day to go in to one of their locations. Was interviewed by the district manager and salon manager. Very friendly, but professional. Basic questions about my resume and experience (I didn't have any tanning salon experience prior), my strengths and weaknesses, and then they asked me to pretend to sell a bottle of lotion to see my sales skills.
