After the usual resume and cover letter submission, there was an online assessment with short questions and a video question. It took about 2 1/2 wks to be notified for round 2.

Completed the online assessment which included recorded interview questions. Mostly behavioural questions. Written assessment is based on your selected roles you're applying for. The assessment included writing emails to your supervisor about risks and opportunities.
Interview was professional and questions were as expected, mainly behavioral. Two senior members of the advisory team led the interview, both asking questions about my education, professional experience, and interest in Aurecon. Overall, very smooth and straightforward process with quick response.
