Interview
Met with the same HR personnel twice on different occasions.
First interview had me saying a lot about my previous job experience, answering obvious questions on my qualifications and background, already stated on my CV . Was also asked what I know about the company where l stated information available on the internet.
Interviewer made the most ridiculous comment on my being with a novel, stating the writers are already made and I as a person should focus more on being made than reading the works of a made person. I was called back less than 10 minutes after leaving tonne asked my salary expectations as the interviewer had so forgotten to ask earlier.
Second interview, same interviewer, about same questions asked, a second person was brought in, who asked better questions as regards my skills set. Interview with the MD.
During documentation and job briefing, important points as regards the job duties and expectations were left out, only to get on the job and be taken by surprise on other job assignments not related to your position and not earlier discussed.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Audacious (Lagos) in May 2016
Interview
The process was in three major stages. It was quite engaging because it was a panel- kind of interview, but okay at the least since i knew what the job entailed. I was given refreshments to make me more relaxed during the process. Note the interview was more like a chat, but it was in an attempt to get a feel of my personality and values.
