Applied for the CSM role via LinkedIn and awaited to hear from the team. A member of the team reached out to organise a call with their talent specialist and sent through a googlemeet link. After 5 minutes waiting on the google link, I was told it was meant to be a phone call (although I had not provided my phone number). I asked if we could continue with the googlemeet but it was declined so we rearranged - perhaps miscommunication on both our parts here? We organised another call for Monday morning (Sunday 10pm for me as I was back home in the UK visiting family). Again, after 5 minutes without the talent specialist joining the call, I reached out to see if the interview was going ahead. 5 minutes later they replied saying they were stuck in traffic and asked if we could rearrange. I replied saying I'm happy to push it 30 minutes or interview the following day. The reply stated that they were in the final round of the process and would get back in touch at a later date. Awful communication and a complete waste of my time researching the company and preparing twice for interviews that never happened. The worst part is that the company looked great and felt like a good cultural fit and product fit for my background. I have since withdrawn my application for obvious reasons.
