I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atlassian (Taguig) in Jun 2022
Interview
Got invited for an initial screening with a recruiter few days after I sent my application online. They will let you choose your preferred schedule.
During the initial interview, it was very straightforward. Most questions will be regarding your experiences, so be prepared to share some of your skills and achievements. The recruiter will also let you ask questions after them. Less than a week later, I got an email from a different recruiter saying that I will be moving on to the next stage. There will be 4 rounds of interviews as per the attachment included on the email.
Second round will be peer level assessment. On this round, a team member is going to facilitate the assessment. On my experience, they are not going to interview you on this round. They will share their experience and an idea on what the day to day worklife is going to be. Assessment is pretty easy. The team member is going to guide you the whole time. All answers are also available in front of you but they are going to let you review them before the assessment date.
Unfortunately, I didn’t passed the second round and got an email from the recruiter two weeks after that my application won’t be moving forward anymore.

I applied online. I interviewed at Atlassian (Austin, TX)
Interview
The process began with a phone interview, leading to three in-person interviews. I felt like the team was transparent with me throughout the process. When I was presented with an offer from another organization, I was asked to hold off on accepting, and my manager was able to make an offer that I could easily accept.

Question 1
Understanding Atlassian's core values is crucial throughout the interview process. You will be asked which core values most resonate with you.
The person who conducted the initial interview didn't sound interested and made me feel like he was just doing the interview for compliance purposes. I've only been interviewed once and hopefully it isn't the case for all of their interviewer.
