I applied on a Monday and was offered the job on Friday. However, it took 2-3 weeks after that to get on the schedule.
Very relaxed interview in the store with a store manager, it lasted 10 minutes. I wore business casual, but wearing athleisure would also be appropriate. She just asked basic previous work experience questions and how that would relate to this job, why I liked Athleta, and my life outside of work. The next day I got a call from the general manager for a quick phone interview. She wanted to get to know a little more about me and again, why Athleta. After we spoke for maybe 10 minutes, she offered me the job! I was offered $10/hour (no previous retail experience).
They both really liked how I was genuine and bubbly/outgoing. Just relax and be yourself. Always good to talk about how great the brand is by mentioning positive experiences in the store and the atmosphere.
Easy customer service questions was not hard at all got offered the job right away. They were very nice and answered All my questions about pto salary. One of the questions were like how would I handle difficult situations and have I handled like merchandising?
really straightforward, all questions were common behavioral questions such as past work experience, and how you handle situations. Hiring manager interviewed me and lasted only 30 minutes. you should'nt have any difficulty.

how were you able to improve your process through criticism of a manager
Easy interview and conversational. 2 rounds (one with assistant manager and final with general manager). Easy personality questions and asked about fitness and retail experience. Very relaxed and natural. Would recommend being yourself.
