Interview
The interview was very casual and low key. As long as you honestly live the brand - are active, healthy, and encourage/empower women to get out there and be active (even if that's walking), the interview should go well. Don't be nervous- let the interviewer see how interested you are in the Athleta lifestyle. And Yoga apparel is definitely acceptable for the interview.
Easy customer service questions was not hard at all got offered the job right away. They were very nice and answered All my questions about pto salary. One of the questions were like how would I handle difficult situations and have I handled like merchandising?
really straightforward, all questions were common behavioral questions such as past work experience, and how you handle situations. Hiring manager interviewed me and lasted only 30 minutes. you should'nt have any difficulty.

how were you able to improve your process through criticism of a manager
Easy interview and conversational. 2 rounds (one with assistant manager and final with general manager). Easy personality questions and asked about fitness and retail experience. Very relaxed and natural. Would recommend being yourself.
