Very casual, describing retail experience and going through scenarios of customer service. Helpful to have retail experience, but not necessary if your role focuses on backstock. I heard back within a few days, so overall the interview process was quick (only one interview).

Tell me about a time you worked with a difficult customer.
Easy customer service questions was not hard at all got offered the job right away. They were very nice and answered All my questions about pto salary. One of the questions were like how would I handle difficult situations and have I handled like merchandising?
really straightforward, all questions were common behavioral questions such as past work experience, and how you handle situations. Hiring manager interviewed me and lasted only 30 minutes. you should'nt have any difficulty.

how were you able to improve your process through criticism of a manager
Easy interview and conversational. 2 rounds (one with assistant manager and final with general manager). Easy personality questions and asked about fitness and retail experience. Very relaxed and natural. Would recommend being yourself.
