I applied online. The recruiter contacted me for a basic phone interview. I was then told I would receive an email for a scheduled interview. I did andnknterview with two leaders of my team. They were friendly and asked most basic questions you would expect. Tell me about yourself, your experience, and a few situational like describe a time I dealt with an irate customer and what was the result.

I found the job advertisement in craigslist and applied. I sent my resume at the same time. I was sent an email to complete an assessment which I did. About a week later I was sent another email asking me to set up a phone interview. That interview was a week later and went pretty good. I was scheduled a face to face interview the very next day. I was interviewed by the site manager and a team leader. I feel the interview went well and I had more than enough experience for this position so I thought the job was pretty much mine as they were looking about 20 people. Two days later I get an email from the talent aquisition team stating that I was not hired and that they hired someone else who's skills more closely match their requirements. I still cannot figure this one out. I did pretty much the very same job for 10 years. I would of been excellent at this job . I feel that since I am 50 years old I was not hired due to my age.
