There were a few rounds, all one on one interviews, fairly informal and friendly. Each about 30 minutes long and they were responsive in scheduling a follow up. They give out offers on Fridays.
Slow response time, multiple interviews, lack of clear job responsibilities presented by the interviewers. Although the policy was explained as a hybrid work environment with 2 days at home and 3 days in the office, the general feeling I got was that the company was unsupportive of remote work.
